I had a small celebration at Carpe and I would recommend 10/10 times. The staff is super friendly and attentive. We had the upstairs room which is perfect for privacy and make it more intimate. We catered the wings (obviously; as they are known to have the best in the area), chicken quesadillas, mini Shepards pie and spinach bites! The food was delicious and just what you need if you're looking for comfort food. If you're looking for a small laidback celebration with your close friends and family this is the place. Unfortunately I don't have any pictures because we were having too much fun

Burgers was outstanding! Baked briefly salad was so yummy and sweet pot fries hit the spot! Ordered a side and got a gigantic plate for sharing! Adorable little bar... service was fast until our food came and they never checked back to refill drinks. I would definitely come here if you are in the mood for bar food that is fresh! Looks like the burhers and wings are where its at here! The place was packed by the time we left.

This place is so cozy! Carpe Diem is a homey, unassuming Irish pub in North Hoboken. We got a warm greeting from the bartender when we sat at the bar. For dinner, we moved to a table. I got a market salad with shrimp and it was pretty tasty. The server was friendly and prompt. I enjoyed the food and atmosphere-- I will definitely be back and I'm excited to try more things from the menu!

The chicken wings are sooo good! So are the fish and chips. But everyone who works there is really friendly and welcoming.

Amazing Irish spot. 1) The place is very cozy. It is a warm cozy spot on a rainy day. They also have couches, which is very nice. But, getting the couches is tough. There is always someone stilling there. Also, near some seats are changing stations, which is really nice if your phone charge is running low. 2) I will highly recommend the pasties, it is meat filled pastry with gravy. Unbelievable! 3) Their Shepard's Pie was great. But, ask for their gravy on the side. It makes the Shepard's pie go from a 7/10 to a solid 9/10

Carpe Diem in Hoboken NJ offers a delightful experience with a cozy atmosphere and friendly service. The steamed mussels, and the chili wings were well-cooked. Looking forward to returning for more delectable dishes and perhaps trying the Irish breakfast. The ambiance, complete with a fireplace and TVs, added to the enjoyable dining experience. Always a great time at Carpe Diem! Also the bartender is super friendly and welcoming!!

The best wings ever! Finally made time to come here and try their famous, award winning wings and they really are that good! They're a must have and you'll definitely be craving them after you try them. Can't wait to go back just for the wings. The staff was also very nice and attentive.

Carpe Diem is a staple in Hoboken. A hidden gem in uptown On grand street. This is the best place for staple comfort food. The restaurant is very cozy inside with red velvet curtains and fireplace. All the food is always so warm and delicious. We had the pasties for appetizer, which was hot meat potato Pattie's with a hot tasty gravy. I was a little upset that they were out of 'Kates way' which is a open face Turkey bacon and gravy sandwich. That is always my #1 item to order here. (Please bring it back :) Luckily, the menu has so many other options I wasn't upset because you can never go wrong with their burgers!
